Let me tell you a story of a situation not too long ago. I was dating this girl for about a year. We spent almost all of our time together. We would go out for dinners at night, spend time on the weekends at the beach, hanging out with friends, going to see shows, etc. I thought everything was going great.
Then she would start getting these phone calls that she had to excuse herself for. It started out once in a while but then it because almost every day or even several times in one day! She told me it was just her friends, her sister or her mom. I started to get suspicious when she started canceling plans, or telling me she was felling under the weather.
I considered following her but I lucked out one day when we were at the beach. She had left her phone on her blanket when she went into the water. Even thought I felt guilt I decided to check to see who was calling her recently. I saw numbers I recognized but there was one number that I didn't know that was coming up dozens of times. I quickly wrote it down for later.
After I got home I started doing some searching online and found a site that let me type in a phone number and tell me who it belonged too. I typed the number in and it came back with the city it was located in but in order to get all the info I had to pay some money. Since I was going crazy with wondering what was going on and who it was, the piddley 20 bucks was a no brainer. I am so glad I did. It turns out that she was seeing one of my friends behind my back. Suffice it to say neither she nor the guy are people I talk to anymore. I was not happy about the situation but at least I was able to get closure and find out what was going on.
